I had a mixed experience at Imm Hotel Thaphae Chiang Mai. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the old city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the staff were friendly and eager to help, the English was quite limited. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in felt really tired and outdated, and the breakfast left much to be desired.
